- "Cheap Sunglasses" is a 1980 single by ZZ Top from their 1979 album Deguello. It is one of their most famous songs and includes the use of some odd instruments. The song captures many of the sounds and beats that ZZ Top is famous for.

With their signature style of dress and accessories (cowboy boots/hats, same trademark sunglasses) and distinctive 'three cords' music, it is hard to miss the 'dirty' blues-rock trio, ZZ Top!
This original 'Texan' lineup, lead singer and guitarist, Billy Gibbons, bassist/vocalist, Dusty Hill and drummer Frank Beard (the one without the beard) has been intact for over 40 years! As Billy Gibbons announces to the London crowd, "We've been coming here for four decades - Same three guys-Same three cords !"
But the band's success and longevity is all down to their amazing ability to deliver the best and trill the crowd everytime, as much as their unmistakable on/off stage image!
Of course I am talking about the guitar duo, Billy and Dusty- and their chest-length, untrimmed beards, same synchronised dance moves - while performing onstage.
Playing across USA and Europe, this year, High Voltage show marks their second UK outdoor show/set (last year they played at Download Festival-to my great delight!) as they ' hit' the road for yet another world tour!
As ever, this Texan trio - together- they grooved through an electrifying set with some of their classic hits, such as; "Sharp Dressed Man", "Cheap Sunglasses, "Legs","Tush"and all-time fan-favourite hit, "Gimme All Your Lovin"!
So yes, THREE GUYS, THREE CORDS and ONE OF THE MOST SPECTACULAR FINISHING OF THE DAY !
